We provide a wide range of individually tailored training programmes on all aspects of quantity surveying, commercial management, Schedules of Rates (SOR) and general business development, suitable as required for all grades of staff working in general construction, social housing contractors, Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
Each course is meticulously planned and delivered by an experienced training team with significant experience relating to the training requirements. Our aim is to ensure that each delegate leaves our sessions better informed.
Recent successful commissions have included a SOR awareness programme for over 60 operatives working for a leading national contractor, a commercial management masterclass series for an established Housing Association and a good practice management series for an ALMO.
We also offer a full Excel training programme for all skill levels from ‘beginner’ to ‘experienced’. To ensure delegates of the same general skillset are grouped together, we provide an initial assessment questionnaire for delegates to complete in advance of the programme being finalised. Courses run from either our Buckingham head office or at your premises.
