Carrying out full QS responsibilities candidates are required to have experience of preparation and submission of monthly valuations, identification and assessment of variations, supply chain management and contribution to monthly reporting process.

Following further growth with an existing client CLoSE are keen to speak with QS’s that have experience of delivering planned and reactive local authority framework contracts. These roles would suit top level assistants or QS’s that would like to build on their current experience.
Based out of our offices in Buckingham or London, initially you will be supporting our existing team that is located within our client’s office based in Hertfordshire, you would be based here 2-4 days per week, so local to the Hertfordshire / North London area is preferable.
